Refund policy

We aim to please at Irish Crafts and as such, we want to make returning items that didn't make you happy as easy as possible. We're happy to accept returns for up to 90 days after your purchase, (which means buying gifts in advance isn't an issue!)
We are happy to accept returns of any item as long as it's unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging & have the labeling attached.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item & that we are processing your refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sales Items
Where an item was purchased at a discounted price, only the value paid for the item can be refunded, regardless of the current price.

We would be gutted that a customer has been sent damaged or defective goods & of course are happy to exchange them for you, please contact to arrange an exchange.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Irish Crafts, Doolin, Co Clare, V95 W9N2, Ireland. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item of value, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
