COVID-19 - Caring for Colleagues & Customers

Sitting here writing this web entry in an empty store has been a surreal & sad task. It's March 18th and usually the shop would be buzzing; our staff would be talking about how they celebrated St Patricks Day with friends & family, our customers telling us of the wacky things they spotted in the local parade.

There is no doubt that each & every one of us will be impacted by COVID-19; socially, mentally, economically and most concerningly lives are at risk.

Our Doolin Store:

As of March 15th our physical store in Doolin has closed its doors, we could no longer operate safely and the reality is there will be no visitors in our area for some time. That meant letting our team go, one of toughest things I've ever had to do, albeit a temporary measure.

Our Online Store:

We will continue to fulfil online orders for as long as we can. We are already being notified of delays in some countries and expect that as things progress the shipping / delivery procedures and timings will be affected in most cases. Please know we will always do our best.

Sending Gifts:

If you would like to send someone you love a gift during this time, please dont hesitate to get in touch. We can help find something suitable, wrap it and handwrite them a note with your words mother, you can text +353861650899 or email: natalie@irishcraftsonline.com and we'll sort something out.

Upcoming Holidays:

Easter:  April 12th

Nurses Day (US): May 6th

Mothers Day (US): May 10th

To each & everyone of our staff, suppliers, customers, neighbours, friends & family…

From the bottom of my heart Thank-you & stay safe!

Natalie
