There is no doubt that each & every one of us has been impacted by COVID-19, even as we 'return to normal', it is a new new normal and one that is changing daily.
Our Doolin Store:
As of March 15th our store in Doolin has temporarily closed its doors, we are yet to decide on the best time for us to reopen. There are many factors, at the forefront is the ability for us to operate safely while providing the unique & charming shopping experience you have come to expect from us.
We are in a position to offer a 'Click & Collect' option from our Doolin Store, please adhere to travel guidelines and social distancing measures. If you have chosen Click & Collect you will be contacted to arrange safe collection at a time convenient to you.
Our Online Store:
We are working behind the scenes to improve our online store, make it more user friendly and to increase the availability of all our stock. Please contact us if you can't find what you're looking for, we're happy to help!
Note: For some international destinations, there are some restrictions in place regarding size, weight & tracking options, and in some cases it's taking longer than usual for packages to arrive - things are changing daily, to make things easy - we'll worry about all that and if there is an impact to an order placed we will contact you to let you know.
Health & Safety:
The following measures are currently in place in the operating of our online store:
- There is limited access to our storage area, with only our small team onsite to process online orders & administration
- Our team is taking necessary safety precautions. Hand Sanitizing Stations are in place and guidelines for symptom screening, hand-washing & coughing/sneezing etiquette are being adhered to.
- We are monitoring & reacting to any guidance or best practice regarding viral contamination of products, surfaces or garments (note: It is advised that natural fibres such as wool are less likely to allow the virus to survive on the surface).
- Any returned items are being isolated for 48 hours, then fully steamed & / or sanitised before being returned to stock
